How do I return an online order placed as a Guest?
EILEEN FISHER accepts free returns on unworn items with the original receipt and tags within 30 days of purchase. To return a guest order, go to the website footer, click HELP, select CHECK ORDER, and enter your Order Number, Email, and Billing ZIP Code. Once you confirm your order details, click START A RETURN, select the items you're returning, and follow the prompts to print your free label. For full details, visit the Returns Policy page.
If you're not absolutely delighted with an EILEEN FISHER purchase, we make it easy for you to return it for free (no additional postage or insurance required). We accept unworn merchandise with the receipt and original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
If you placed your order as a Guest or do not have an eileenfisher.com account, to create and print your free return label please log in by clicking on HELP at the bottom of the website and selecting CHECK ORDER. Enter the Order Number, Order Email Address, and Billing ZIP Code and click CHECK STATUS. Please confirm the order details. For any returns within our 30 day Return Policy you will see and can select the START A RETURN button where you can select the items you wish to return and follow the prompts to create a return label.
