To access an account, customers should select the My Account icon and log in using the email address associated with their account and password. If you still can't log in, customers can reset their password by selecting Forgot Your Password and following the on-screen instructions.

 

To log in to your eileenfisher.com account, select the MY ACCOUNT icon at the top right of our webpage. Enter your email address on file and password then click SUBMIT. Please enter your password for access to your account. 

If you need to reset your password, please follow these steps.  Under My Account, at your Log In page:

  • Select the "Forgot Your Password" link
  • You will be taken to the reset password page
  • Enter your email address
  • Click the "Submit" button.
  • You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
