How do I check item availability in a store?
Store pickup is now available at select locations. When shopping online, checkout will default to Free Pickup at your saved preferred store. Items in stock show as available within 24-48 hours; items not currently at your store can instead be shipped there for pickup. A strike-through on a size or color means that option is out of stock entirely. Customers are notified when orders are ready, and a valid ID is required at pickup.
Store Pickup Availability
Now offering store pickup in select locations. Before you order, you'll be able to see exactly what's available at your preferred store:
Available now: If the item is in stock at your preferred store, you'll see "Available for Pickup in 24-48 hours."
Available via store shipment: If the item isn't currently at your preferred store but you'd still like to pick it up there, it can be shipped to the store instead. This will be noted as "We'll ship this item to the store and alert you when it is ready."
Not in stock: If a specific size or color shows with a strike-through, that means the item is currently not in stock in that size/color at all — not just at your store.
Ordering
Shop online as usual. At checkout, Free Pickup will be preselected for the store you've saved as your preferred location. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
